We have watched both videos and my son’s favorite is Me gusta contar. We both like the simple hand motions in both videos and I really like incorporating a story that relates to the song. My son also loves the fact that there are children singing in Que hora es. We enjoy listening to the songs, but the videos give a quick fun lesson. Gracias Boca Beth!
My son is already singing the song after onlly watching the video twice! He likes to do the hand movements with the children! Fabulous learning tooL!

I watched the counting video and I really liked the woman’s energy and liked the catchy tune. One suggestion though, a close-up on the book she was reading would have been better. I would like to see a mini lesson on animals or one on things one sees on the street for instance cars and trunks.
I was the time video and I love how visual and audio was intertwined to help with different learning types. You can see the clock and hear what was said to a neat rhyming song! I would love to learn how to say your name, ask for someone’s name, and how to say please and thank you! Thanks!
i would love to win this for my little one thanks
My grandson’s are learning Spanish and sign language in school and preschool and both seemed to be interested in these when I showed them. It surprises me how quickly they can pick up on these.
I love using the well-known song and body movements- the more you do - the easier it is to remember. For ayounger child- I would like simple food or emotion words. Thanks Jeanne
Oh my, I can already tell that these songs are a hit! We loved Me gusta contar because our six year old is really motivated to learn to count in Spanish right now!
I liked the use of the song for fun, and then the book for a more calm, picture learning. In future episodes (this isnt really a topic, just an idea), it would be nice if the book was closer as you were going through the pictures. It was hard to see because of distance and lighting. However, another idea for a future episode, might be a trip to the market. And naming foods?
The video was fun, and I appreciate you offering those resources for free! Thanks.
My favorite part is the song when she is actually counting numbers on her fingers. I like the song because it is quite catchy and it seems like an excellent way to teach children spanish. The only thing that I think could be improved is the video quality and putting the woman in a setting that is a bit more fun (For example in a fun background that changes from video to video and has a theme like Mexico city, the jungle, camping, etc.)
She’s really enthusiastic. I think my daughter could really get into the groove! I watched the counting video. It reminds me of a workout tape! My favorite part is her telling the kids to wiggle their figures. It really feels interactive.
I am bilingual and these are fantatsic. there really aren’t alot of tools out there that are as interesting.. the counting one was fantastic.
thank you, i would love to win this for my daughters
I think my niece would really enjoy the dance that goes along with What time is it/ Que hora es. I would love to see a video about different kinds of food in the future.
I like the way Boca Beth alternates Spanish and English, instead of doing “chunks” at a time. I watched the counting video.
I think colors would be a fun lesson, or teach some sort of Spanish nursery rhyme with actions, like a our “Where is Thumbkin”, but something unique to Spanish culture.
I Love stuff like that! I would be proud to share this with my 2 boys!
Good work!
I love the fact that the song has motions you can do and it introduces spanish while still using the english that the child is familiar with. I think it would be fun to do the seasons or the weather.
